FireTextResponse is an emergency text messaging system that allows fire fighters, paramedics, rescue squads, and other public safety personnel to receive fast alert messages for incident calls, additional incident information, CAD Address information with narrative, GPS Mapping, and actual Page Audio of the dispatched incident. The app also provides them with the information they need to know about the incident, such as the location, the nature of the incident, and the severity of the situation.
What is FireTextResponse?
FireTextResponse is a fast, simple, and easy-to-use text messaging system that will allow you to send alerts, provide information, and receive status updates on incidents that you are involved in.
How do I get started?
You need to be first authorized by the agency from which emergency notifications will be generated. Once you are authorized, you can download the FireTextResponse Android Application and install it on your device. You will then be able to receive fast alert messages for incident calls, additional information, and more.
